About Us
Gold Dogs is Seattle's premier retail store for western wear, vintage clothing, and rock 'n' roll apparel. We are a small business that embraces Americana, rock 'n' roll, western, and moto culture in everything we do. While we operate a brick-and-mortar location, we also have a significant online and international presence that we aim to expand further. Our inventory includes both men’s and women’s clothing, featuring new trends and vintage classics, and we are always on the lookout for unique merchandise to showcase in-store.
About You
Do you have a passion for fashion and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service? As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will guide and assist customers, creating an inviting experience that goes beyond simply selling cowboy boots. A Retail Sales Associate will communicate positively with customers, maintain the sales floor, create retail displays, merchandise products, and support company-wide sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Sales Transactions: Processing sales, handling cash, credit, and returns accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Product Knowledge : Staying informed about the products in the store, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Inventory Management: Replenishing inventory, organizing merchandise, and keeping track of inventory levels to ensure the store is well-presented and adequately stocked.
Project & Operational Support: Assist managers and team members with operations by taking on additional tasks as needed that support
Small Business Oriented: We are a small team where everyone wears multiple hats. An enthusiastic mindset about working for a small business and enabling its growth is essential.
Experience & Skills:
Customer service experience in an retail or sales setting preferred but not required
Outstanding customer focus with a “can do” service attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Proven track record of good time-management and punctuality
Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure with tight deadlines
Interest in Gold Dogs brand and working for a small business
