Holiday Return policy
Purchases made from 12.01.2025 to 12.31.2025 may be exchanged or returned for store credit through 1.15.2026 when returned in original condition, with receipt.
Return Policy
Gold Dogs gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full store credit within 15 days of original purchase. Any items or merchandise marked "Sale" "Final Sale" or "Vintage" cannot be returned.
Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service. If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item we will not issue a credit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund.
